Individuals on the BRN Executive Committee are available to provide expert testimony in court and/or as part of a deposition. Testimony will include information about ourselves and how BRN benefits those who have been convicted of a sexual offense once they are released from custody.
There is a one-time pre-paid $75 fee to cover cost of travel, parking, etc. The fee is used to reimburse the volunteer for direct expenses and not as a payment for providing testimony. Any difference between the fee and expenses is donated to BRN.
Confirmation of a request to appear will be provided only after the fee has been paid.
