Coming Home Directory, 2025 Edition
The Coming Home Directory (CHD) is a comprehensive list of reentry support services available in the Greater Boston area.
Designed for individuals returning from incarceration, local service providers, community supervision officers, judges, and other advocates, this reentry resource includes information on over 200 Boston-based support services organized across 22 different categories including housing, substance use treatment, and employment.
