During which time clients are encouraged to utilize one of the many programs and organizations we work with that will allow them to earn money to continue their phone service. The the Boston metro area this is a Charlie Card. This life coach will support BRN clients as they improve their lives by setting and achieving personal and professional goals. The life coach will provide guidance, support, and accountability to assist the client overcome obstacles and make positive changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Most, if not all, of our clients are fraught with challenges and obstacles that are only faced by this specific population. This includes being on the public sex offender registry and restrictions placed upon them by the courts, their probation officer, and\/or state laws where they can work, travel, and live.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our new life coaching services will increase the clients&#8217; resilience to be able to face and overcome obstacles and setbacks, cope with the challenges presented, and adapt to new situations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For each client, SMART goals will be created and managed by BRN staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SMART goals are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">&#x2714; <strong>S<\/strong>pecific<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">&#x2714; <strong>M<\/strong>easurable<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">&#x2714; <strong>A<\/strong>chievable<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">&#x2714; <strong>R<\/strong>elevant<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">&#x2714; <strong>T<\/strong>imely<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our life coach, a returning citizen himself, holds two advanced graduate degrees, a master&#8217;s in social work and a doctorate in psychology.
